This morning, at a children’s party, I was reminded of the power of resilience through an unexpected source, the challenge of breaking a piñata. As I watched the children tirelessly swing, each attempt brought to mind our professional endeavors. Despite numerous attempts and setbacks, we keep our relentless spirit and remained unshaken.
This experience perfectly mirrors our day to day. It’s not just about how swiftly we act,but also about how we persist and adapt to unexpected challenges.
In the tech world, resilience is what keeps us grounded when our speed driven strategies face hurdles. It’s about adapting, enduring, and finding innovative paths forward, much like the children who adjusted their strategies with each swing at the piñata.
